UPDATE: 12-14-12
Season Points
This season points and events will be figured the same as last year.
Each day of racing will be considered (1) round. Points will be assigned using the same system as ISOC and will be given for each Heat Race and the Final (no points for LCQ’s).
Note: Manistique will be a Double Points Race Event.
At the end of the season, we will use 75% of total rounds run (with a min. TBD) to determine Point Champion in each class (one set of points for each class)
Lake Geneva:
The riders to represent MXR at the Lake Geneva Show Down Classes will be determined by the Point Leaders after dropping 2 rounds from the total rounds run for the season of Regional Events.
Clarification for these Lake Geneva classes are as follows, these will be the classes in these catagorys that MXR will use for lake Geneva.
Sport 2
JR 10/13 COMBO 2
Transition 8/12 COMBO 2
Will be the lake Geneva classes
Race Results and Point Disputes
Any disputes in heat race or final race results must notify Tommy or Steve T within 30 minutes of results being posted for heat race or end of day for finals. These disputes must be brought up then, so the race officials/scorers are still present to look into the dispute.
The decision of the Scoring Team will be final and undisputable after this time.
Any disputes in point totals or points given in a round or final need to be emailed to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 48 hours of being posted to the website. These disputes are for point totals only, not for race positions.
Tech: (All Racers/All Classes)
MXR wants you to know and understand that the tech director can and may request to inspect a sled at any time he deems necessary.
Inspection may include, but is not limited to: Engine, Clutches, Fuel, Track, Suspension, Carbs, Body, Etc. MXR has no responsibility to teardown or re-assemble a sled during tech inspection. It is 100% the responsibility of the racer/crew.
Also understand it is the Racers/Crews responsibility to including but not limited to Remove, Replace, Reassemble and Bare all Responsibility for any Parts, Labor, Misc. Supplies required to put the sled back together in such a matter that it is ready to be driven safely and reliably.
Also understand that the “Safety” Inspection done in Staging in the morning Does Not Mean the Sled is “LEGAL” for its class.
Failure to comply with the request of the Tech Director will be considered admitting to Failure to Pass a Tech Inspection and Punishable as Determined by Director/Rules.

If you follow these guidelines, you will not have any problems with MXR Fuel Tech. These are the same fuel guidelines used at all ISR events including the ISOC National Series.
Fuel can and will be tested at any time or location (practice, qualifying, finals, staging, in tech at your trailer, etc.) during a MXR event.

** UPDATE** 10-26-2011**
2011-2012 Number Plate Guidelines All riders taking part in the MXR/ ISOC/AMSOIL Championship Snocross Series will be required to display a semi rigid number panel on each side of the rear portion of the tunnel.
Panel material can be black or white, however, the background color of the panel must correspond to the class you race and the background MUST be large enough to display a full 6-inch number within a minimum 1-inch stroke (line thickness). Any vendor may be used as long as it complies with guidelines set here. If two different people are using the same sled with the same number, but different classes, please use the background of the higher level rider. Panels should be attached directly to the tunnel in at least two locations and it is recommended that any portion extending above the tunnel more than 3 inches also be reinforced. The edges of the panel must be rolled for safety.
